Legacy Remodel

We transformed this cookie cutter builder-basic home in Legacy, Markham to create a more functional basement and main floor to fit their extremely busy family life.

The shoddily finished (by previous owners) basement was completely gutted to now feature a bar, bathroom, bedroom, rec area and craft cave. We removed awkward walls on the main floor to create an open kitchen looking into a family room with a new fireplace. More photos to come!
