Playter Estates Renovation

When a young family was displaced by the new subway line, they set out to find a new home that would accommodate their growing family and mother. This Playter Estates semi features an in-law suite featuring an accessible bathroom and kitchenette, 3 full bathrooms, a laundry chute and a kitchen with a working pantry space. Drawing on the client’s Chinese and Sri Lankan backgrounds, the colours and textures feel intentionally lived-in and full of spice and warmth.
